Contestant Instructions:
Contestants must be 18 years of age or older!  Contestants must register online prior to deadline date.  Please note that the registration fee is $30 if you register before the  deadline, after the deadline registration is $35.  We will accept money order or paypal payments.  DO NOT mail cash or checks!  Contestant must mail the signed agreement form to Bodz2die4 in order to compete.  We reserve the right to deny any individual the right to participate in the event. After you have registered, you will receive an email acknowledging the receipt of your registration.  You will receive a confirmation that your registration is complete when your money order or paypal payment is received.  Until payment is received, you are not a contestant!

Male and Female Division contestants will be judged on two areas, Sports and Swimwear. Contestants will provide their own music on a music cd: one minute for Sportswear and One minute for Swimwear.  It is the responsibility of the contestant to arrive early and ensure the CD and music is working prior to the event starting.  We reserve the right to reject any music that contains lyrics that contain explicit or language that degrades women.  (Use the radio rule, if they don’t play it on the radio, don’t use it)  While this is an adult event, we will have limitation regarding the professionalism of all participants.  NO NUDITY!  Do anything you like to highlight and showcase your body and your creativity but exposing your entire body will be grounds for disqualification.  We are available to consult with you regarding your performance via phone or email prior to the event.

Sportwear examples:
In this category, contestants are urged to theme their presentation toward sports. An example, a male contestant might enjoy boxing. His attire might be boxing shorts and boxing gloves. While his music is playing me might pretend to be in the boxing area provide punches and jams that show is triceps and pecs. A female contestant may prefer tennis. Her attire might be a tennis outfit that highlights her trim waist and muscled calves. She may bring her tennis racket and tennis ball as if she is at a tennis match. These are just examples of the types of creativity in presentation and a contestants ability to show personallity to the judges we are looking for. While there will be a contestant walk way, this is not a fashion show! An area directly in front of the Judges will be the main area for contestants to perform.

Swimwear examples:
If you wear it on the beach, flaunt it at the show!  Give us your best that shows your Bod2die4! No nudity! 

Special Contestant Instruction:
Contestants must arrive for sign-in and receive instruction and given a walk-through. Any contestant that does not arrive by check-in time will be subject to disqualification! We strongly urge you to arrive on time.  Photographs of Contestants will be provided by Bodz2die4 to each contestant. Photography will not be allowed during the event! Only the official photographer for the event will be allow to take picture during the event! Out of Town contestants may sign-in earlier than 3:00 p.m. Contact us for further information about early arrivals for sign-in and walk through.

OTHER NOTES:  The event will be videotaped and copies of DVD will be available for purchase through the website.  Vendor space is available for purchase for photographers, make-up artists, stylist, clothing companies, vitamin and supplement distributors and others fitness professionals.
